Wedding Transport Terms and Conditions

·The Customer - The person booking the Retro VW wedding transport for their event

·The Provider - Retro Volkswagen Hire LTD.

·The following contract and its terms comprise an agreement between the Provider and the Customer for the chauffeur driven wedding transport service

·This written contract sets out the full intentions of the parties and supersedes any previous written or oral agreements made between the parties

·Retro VW Hire wedding cars and it`s chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffer, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

·Retro VW Hire wedding cars operate a strict non smoking policy in all its vehicles.

·Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.

·All cars are cleaned prior to the wedding date, but Retro VW Hire wedding cars do not accept any responsibility for changes in the vehicles appearance caused by the weather or terrain during the period, although every effort will be made to present the car in its best possible condition.

·Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle available to them and will be invoiced accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to its pre-hire condition.

·We do not provide child seats for our vehicles, unless agreed at the time of the booking.

·The standard hire period  is up to 3 hours from the time we arrive at the collection address to the time we leave the reception venue. If you feel you would like additional time, this can be arranged for a supplementary charge.

·Retro VW Hire wedding cars is fully insured for wedding car hire, and our insurance does not cover customers to drive our vehicles, or for loss or damage to customers possessions or for any other consequential losses, delays or missed events.

Payment

·Prices quoted are all inclusive, payment can be made by cheque - payable to Retro Volkswagen Hire LTD. Or via bank transfer

·A non-returnable deposit of £100 is required within 7 days of placing the booking, the balance is payable 6 weeks before actual wedding date. For bookings less than 2 months before the hire, payment in full is required.

Date Changes & Cancellations

·Any request to alter the agreed date of the event must be made in writing and at least thirty days prior to the Customer’s event

·Any change of date is subject to the availability of the vehicle on the alternative date and receipt of a new booking contract.

·If the Customer cancels an agreed wedding transport up to thirty days before the rental date the deposit paid will be forfeit.

·If the Customer cancels an agreed wedding transport within thirty days before the rental date the full amount will be forfeit.

 

Retro VW Hire

Photo Booth Terms and Conditions

·The Customer - The person booking the Retro VW photobooth hire for their event

·The Provider - Retro Volkswagen Hire LTD.

·The following contract and its terms comprise an agreement between the Provider and the Customer for the hire of the photo booth van.

·This written contract sets out the full intentions of the parties and supersedes any previous written or oral agreements made between the parties

 

Service Period

·The Provider agrees to provide a Photo Booth operational and available for use for a minimum of 80% of the agreed service period, to permit maintenance of the Photo Booth should any be necessary

Payment

·A non -returnable deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation for the Photo Booth, the balance of the agreed rental charge is due 6 weeks before the Customer’s event. If the operator uses the equipment for a period in excess of the agreed service period additional rental charges will be payable by the Customer to the Provider, calculated on a pro rata basis.

·Payment of all additional rental charges must be made by the Customer before any additional service period commences.

Access, space & power requirements

·The Customer will arrange for an appropriate space to be made available for the Photo Booth at the event venue. A minimum floor area of 8m x 4m is required.

·The Customer is responsible for ensuring there is a 240v electrical power supply within 50m of where the photo booth will be situated.

Date changes & cancellations

·Any request to alter the agreed date of the rental of the Photo Booth must be made in writing and at least thirty days prior to the Customer’s event

·Any change of date is subject to the availability of the Photo Booth on the alternative date and receipt of a new booking contract.

·If the Customer cancels an agreed rental of the Photo Booth up to thirty days before the rental date the deposit paid will be forfeit.

·If the Customer cancels an agreed rental of the Photo Booth within thirty days before the rental date the full amount will be forfeit.
